The Chester Memorial Pool and the Town of Chester will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to personal property of any person in or on pool property.

POOL RULES
- All swimmers are required by State law to shower before entering the pool.
- Any persons having skin lesions, inflammations of the eyes, mouth, nose or ears or wearing bandages will NOT be permitted in pool area.
- If a child requires the use of a floatation device (such as inflatable arm bands) he or she must be accompanied by a responsible attendant (i.e. babysitter, parent, grandparent).
- Smoking, alcohol, food, drinks, gum and glass of any kind are prohibited in the pool area.
- Running, pushing, dunking and profanity are prohibited and may result in removal from pool area.
- Swimmers will enter the pool through the pool house west door. Outside gates will not be assessable.
- No tubes or large floatation devices allowed during open swimming sessions.
